摘要
Abstract
In order to conduct high efficiency and stable control weld quality of high-frequency longitudinal welded pipe, put forward a set of convenient operation online weld quality rapid evaluation and diagnosis scheme.Using this scheme to carry out optimization design for each link of online weld quality rapid evaluation, analyze and diagnose the causes of different weld shapes from 4 aspects, such as the initial assessment and diagnosis, small sample evaluation and diagnosis, large sample assessment and diagnosis,and the full line assessment and diagnosis.It put forward this scheme can be continuously improved combined with the actual production of various enterprises,which can effectively and conveniently complete the adjustment of the relevant product parameters and ensure the online weld quality. At the same time, with relevant data statistics or software application tools,it can further improve the data processing efficiency,and scientific guide debugging machine operation.关键词
