摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the change in the brain activation area underwent Chinese characters working memory by u-sing functional magnetic resonance (fMRI)in healthy persons.Methods Forty healthy persons underwent fMRI while performing Chinese characters working memory task by using block design.Results Frontal lobe,precuneus,cuneus,limbic Lobe,cingulate gyrus were activated in the period of encode,maintain and extraction under Chinese characters working memory,cerebro-spinal and fluid lateral ventricle were activated during the encode and maintain period and were negatively activated in extraction period.In ad-dition to the common activated brain area,all activated brain regions were positively activated during encode period.During the maintain period,precentral gyrus,amygdale and cingulate cortex after 31 (BA)were positively activated and frontal and temporal brain regions and angular gyrus were negatively activated.During the extraction periods,the activated brain regions were caudate nucleus and Broca area.Conclusion In addition to cortical and cortical and subcortical structures,cerebro-spinal and fluid lateral ventricle are also activated under the Chinese characters working memory.
