摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between CISS classification and prognosis in acute cerebral infarction within a month.Methods Prospectively collected hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction from February 2015 to March 2016,the patients were classified based on the CISS.And the NIHSS score and mRS score were compared between admission,14d and in a month in all subtypes.The correlation between subtypes of CISS and prognosis within a month were analyzed.Results The CISS classification of acute cerebral infarction was significantly correlated with mRS score and improvement rate of NIHSS score within a month (wald =50.765,P <0.001).The percentage of prediction correction was 68%.NIHSS score improvement rate from high to low order was PAD>OE>UE>LAA>CS.MRS score improvement rate from high to low order was PAD>OE>LAA>UE>CS.Conclusion CISS classification can predict short-term prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.关键词
