Abstract
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of edaravone and nimodipine in patients with acute large area cere-bral infarction. Methods A total of 101 patients with acute large area cerebral infarction were selected and divided into control group (53 cases)and observation group (48 cases)by computer digital randomization method. In the control group, the patients were treated with edaravone, anticoagulant and antiplatelet agglutination. The patients in the observation group were treated with edaravone combined with nimodipine in the control group. The duration of treatment was 15 days. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed, such as SpO 2 ,hemoglobin (Hb),total hemoglobin (THb),and deoxyhemoglobin (HHb)before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results After 2 weeks of treatment,SpO 2 ,THb and HHb were significantly higher in the two groups than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than condrol group, the differences were significant (P <0.05).Hb in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, but there was no signifi-cant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05 ).The total effective rate of the observation group and control group was 95.83%,73.58%,respectively,and the observation group was more significant (χ2 =13.886,P <0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period. Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy, edaravone com-bined with nimodipine in the treatment of acute large area cerebral infarction has a significant clinical effect, can effectively improve the degree of neurological impairment, but also has a high safety.关键词
