经外侧裂入路显微手术治疗基底节区脑出血的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgical treatment of basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage by lateral fissure approach.Methods 79 cases of cerebral hemorrhage of basal ganglia in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from November 2013 to March 2016 were randomly divided into groups,39 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated by the temporal lobe cortex approach.The observation group was treated by microfracticular surgery.The situation of hematoma clearance,complication rate and activity of daily living between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The postoperative 24h observation group>90%,the hematoma clearance rate was 85% (34/40),higher than that in the control group 51.28% (20/39),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 5% (2/40),which was lower than that of the control group 23.08% (9/39),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The scores of activities of daily living in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Microsurgical treatment of basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage with lateral fissure approach can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,promote the prognosis and improve the hematoma clearance rate and activities of daily living.关键词
