Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between high-risk pregnancy and the incidence of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods Sixty-two pregnant women with high-risk pregnancy in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were enrolled as the observation group and the non-high-risk pregnant women with the same age were en-rolled as the control group.The incidence of pregnancy and neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were compared.Results The vaginal feeding rate and natural compliance rate of the pregnant women were 1.61% and 40.32%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group (15% and 65%).The incidence of cesarean section and hypoxic-ischemic en-cephalopathy in the observation group was 51.62% and 12.90%,which were significantly higher than that of the control group (16.67% and 0),while the survival rates of the two groups were 98.39% and 98.33% There was no significant difference be-tween the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion The risk of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in neonates with high risk of pregnan-cy is increased,and measures must be taken to reduce the incidence.关键词
