The Preparation and Performance Comparison of Three Kinds of Tripterygium Microcapsule Wall Material
摘要
Abstract
With chitosan,gelatin,polylactic acid as wall material,tripterygium extract as the core material,three different walls of tripterygium microcapsules was prepared by condensation of ion,and three wall were found by SEM successfully.At the same time,the maximum microcapsules coating rate was 83.2％ when the chitosan content was 1.5％.By the vitro dissolution performance curve found that three kinds of microcapsules wall all have certain slow-release performance and the performance of the wall been different have different dissolution rate.关键词
