Abstract
Objective:To explore the main risk factors for Epilepsy after stroke,so as to provide basis for clinical on prevention and control of the disease.Methods:Such databases as PubMed,EMbase,CNKI,CBM,Wanfang and VIP database were electronically searched by two retrieval personnel to collect case-control studies on risk factors for epilepsy after stroke.Retrieval time are built library until April 25th in 2016.Meanwhile,relevant studies were also manually retrieved.Two reviewers independently screened studies according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted data,and assessed methodological quality.Then,Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3.software.Results:8 studies were collected,involving 3423 participants including 439 cases of epilepsy after stroke,2984 cases without epilepsy after stroke.Meta-analysis results show that the increased intracranial pressure,cerebral lobe lesions,cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral infarction,electrolyte disorder,lesions involving cortex associated with the onset of epilepsy after stroke,with pooled OR (95％CI) values of 0.3 (0.15,0.61)、6.36 (4.75,8.51)、1.54 (1.24,1.93)、0.61 (0.49,0.76)、0.23 (0.14,0.37)、5.04 (4.02,6.32),respectively.Conclusion:The increased intracranial pressure,cerebral lobe lesions,cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral infarction,electrolyte disorder,lesions involving cortex associated with the onset of epilepsy after stroke.关键词
