摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of TCM chronic disease management model based on information collaboration platform in nursing of patients with endometriosis.Methods:The 122 cases of patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,61 cases in each group.All the two groups were treated with conservative surgery,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given TCM chronic disease management model based on information collaboration platform,all treated for 6 months.The scores of dysmenorrhea degree,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and WHO quality of life measurement sheet (WHOQOL-BREF) scores were figured before and after intervention in the two groups.Nursing satisfaction was compared in the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of dysmenorrhea degree and SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those before intervention in the two groups (P＜0.05).WHOQOL-BREF score in each field was significantly higher than that before intervention in the two groups (P＜0.05),and that in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.44％,significantly higher than that of 70.49％ of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:TCM chronic disease management model based on information collaboration platform can significantly reduce dysmenorrhea degree in nursing of patients with endometriosis,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.关键词
