CFRP缆索悬索桥的主索鞍设计计算方法研究
Research on Analysis Method for the Saddles of Long-span Suspension Bridges with CFRP Cables

Abstract
In order to further study the proper design parameters for the saddles of suspension bridges with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) cables,the Tsai-Hill failure criterion was firstly introduced,and the formulas for the cable moment at the saddles was derived,based on which the analysis method for the saddles of CFRP suspension bridges was proposed.Then,a parametric study on the mechanical indexes of saddles on the CFRP cable was conducted,where the influences of diameter of cable wire,interval between clips,radius of saddles,friction factor between CFRP and steel were considered.Results show that the mechanics behavior of saddles could be improved significantly by reducing the cable wire diameter,increasing the interval between clips,and increasing the radius of saddles.The friction between CFRP and steel should be chosen within a reasonable range,otherwise negative effects could be caused.关键词
