摘要

Abstract

Accelerated corrosion tests of reinforced-concrete specimens and pull-out tests of corroded specimens were carried out to study the influence of electrochemical corrosion on reinforced-concrete bond strength.To make a deep analysis,electrochemical corrosion test of 42 reinforced-concrete specimens was carried out by full-wet current flow method,and uniaxial pull-out test of specimens with different corrosion ratio was carried out,and the dynamic slip value and drawing force of the loading end were monitored in the whole pull-out process.According to the pull-out test,during the initial stage of electrochemical corrosion,reinforcedconcrete bond strength increased compared with uncorroded ones,while the bond strength decreased when the corrosion ratio reached a certain value.For round bars,the maximum drawing force of specimens corroded by 3% sodium chloride solution peaked,and as for specimens corroded by 1.5% sodium chloride solution,2.5% sodium sulfate solution,mixed solution of 2.5% sodium sulfate and 1.5% sodium chloride,and 5% sodium sulfate solution,the maximum drawing force is in a decreasing manner.For deformed bars,the maximum drawing force of specimens corroded by mixed solution of 5% sodium sulfate and 3% sodium chloride peaked,and as for specimens corroded by 1.5 % sodium chloride solution,5 % sodium sulfate solution,2.5 % sodium sulfate solution,mixed solution of 2.5% sodium sulfate and 1.5% sodium chloride,the maximum drawing force is in a decreasing manner.
