Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of GDF11 on the osteoblast differentiation of BMSCs in vitro. Meth-ods:BMSCs were randomly divided into Vehi group and GDF11 group,after cultured in osteogenic differentiation medium, ALP activity,Von Kossa staining,qRT-PCR and Western blot were tested. Results:GDF11 decreased ALP activity and calci-um mineralization,reduced mRNA expression of osteogenic transcription factors by enhancing Samd2/3 signaling pathyway. Conclusion:GDF11 can inhibit BMSCs' osteoblast differentiation in vitro.关键词
