摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the function of CD133 positive cells derived from oral squamous-cell carcinoma ( OSCC) in self renewal of tumor cell. Methods:Human OSCC cell line Cal27 were chosen for fluorescence-activated cell sor-ting,from which the high and low level of CD133 positive cells were respectively obtained. Sphere formation assay was used to detect the self renew ability between alternative subpopulation of CD133 positive and negative cells,combining with the exam-ination of stem cell associated gene SOX2,OCT4 by RT-PCR. Results:CD133 positive cell subpopulation exhibited stronger sphere forming ability, and presented higher level of expression on stem cell associated gene SOX2, OCT4. Conclusion:CD133 positive cells in oral squamous cell carcinoma are proven to be more self renewing,thus an identification of oral cancer stem cell.关键词
