口腔扁平苔藓患者唾液IL-6、IL-10表达与疾病活动积分的相关性研究
The relationship between the expression of IL-6,IL-10 in saliva and the activity of disease in patients with oral lichen planus

Abstract
Objective:To detect the expression of IL-6 and IL-10 in saliva of patients with oral lichen planus ( OLP) ,and to explore the effects of these cytokines on the OLP. Methods:Fifty-four OLP patients' saliva samples were col-lected and their disease activity scores were recorded as well as 14 controls matched at age and sex. The levels of cytokines including IL-6 and IL-10 in saliva were detected by cytometric bead array,and concentrations of total protein were detected by protein quantitative method. Results:A significantly higher levels of salivary IL-6 were detected in OLP patients than that in controls(P< 0. 01). IL-10 levels in OLP group were higher than those of control group but there was no significant difference between two groups ( P >0. 05 ) . The levels of salivary IL-6 in patients were positively related to clinical disease activity scores. Conclusion:The present study indicate that salivary IL-6 levels might play a key role in the development of OLP.关键词
