超长裂钻拔除下颌角缩窄型下颌阻生智齿的临床效果观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of impaceted teeth special extended fissure bur on the extraction of nar-row mandibular angle with mandibular impacted third molar in patients. Methods:Eleven patients during January 2010 to Janu-ary 2017 who need pull out the mandibular impacted third molars were analyzed. The therapeutic evaluation of intraoperative and postoperation includes the probability of lower lip numbness and hardship of opening mouth,and so on. Results:No intrao-perative and postoperative complications occurred in all patients,such as temporomandibular joint injury,hardship of opening mouth,mandible fracture, occlusion relationship disorder, subcutaneous emphysema, and numbness of lower lip and tongue nerve. Conclusion:Impacted teeth special extended fissure bur perform better in narrow mandibular angle of mandibular im-pacted teeth extraction which is worthy to be promoted in clinic treatment.关键词
