牙龈自我修复后即刻种植后软组织变化的对比研究
Study on comparing the difference of gingival soft tissue aesthetic effects between immediate implant after gin-gival self-healing and traditional immediate implant

Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this study was to compare the difference of gingival soft tissue aesthetic effects between immediate implant after gingival self-healing and traditional immediate implant. Methods:Forteen patients ( 14 teeth) ,involving the residual roots or crowns in maxillary anterior teeth area,were included in the study,and that were ran-domly divided into two groups. Immediate implant after residual roots induced gingival self-healing was conducted for the pa-tients in the A group,while traditional immediate implant for the patients in the B Group. The crown repair was conducted for all teeth at postoperative 6 months,and then,the gingival papilla index,the soft tissue aesthetic index and the survey on pa-tient satisfaction were applied to evaluate the difference of aesthetic effects for the two groups. Results:The gingival papilla index,soft tissue aesthetic index and the survey on patient satisfaction showed that the teeth in the group A have an advantage compared with group B. And there were statistically significant differences in the soft tissue aesthetic index and the survey on patient satisfaction,respectively(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Comparing to the traditional immediate implant,immediate implant after residual roots induced gingival self-healing can improve the aesthetic effect of soft tissue in the two-stage crown repair.关键词
