摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the complications of fixed denture restoration,and analyze the causes of the com-plications and provide clinical evidences to improve the quality of fixed dentures. Methods:Patients who chose fixed denture restoration were selected. Telephone follow-up was used to obtain the information of restorations 1 month,6 months and 1 year after the clinical procedures were finished. Results:Among 5349 cases accepted,356(6. 66%)adverse events were reported. Univariate analysis shows that adverse event was statistically related to teeth positions ( P =0. 034 ) and teeth crack ( P <0. 001),and was probably related to abutment teeth(P=0. 057). Multivariate analysis indicates,the cracked teeth as a risk factor(OR=2. 610)and RCT as a protective factor(OR=0. 746)of adverse event. Conclusion:Teeth positions and pulp vi-tality of abutment teeth may influence the occurrence of adverse reactions. Teeth crack may contribute to adverse reactions.关键词
