摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the use of Piezosurgery in pulling out of mandibular impacted teeth by performing a meta-analysis. Methods:The date up to June 1,2017 were collected by searching in PubMed,CBM, CNKI,VIP database,and Wanfang database for using or combining with Piezosurgery and traditional method to pull out of mandibular impacted teeth the clinical effect. After data extraction and quality evaluation,a meta-analysis was carried out with RevMan 5. 3 software. Results:There were 9 literatures,671 in the experimental group and 678 in the control group. Meta-a-nalysis results show that the application of Piezosurgery to pull out of mandibular impacted teeth and the traditional hammer chisel split crown method or simple high speed turbine in operation time(RR= -17. 73,95%CI= -14. 61~ -12. 85,P<0. 001),postoperative swelling(RR=0. 76,95%CI=0. 64~0. 90,P=0. 002),limited mouth opening(RR=0. 47,95%CI=0. 32~0. 70,P=0. 0002),there were significant differences. Conclusion:The clinical effect of using Piezosurgery to pull out of mandibular impacted teeth is better than the traditional hammer chipping or simple high speed turbine method.关键词
