多乐氟(Duraphat)用于预防乳牙继发龋的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:The clinical effects of Duraphat in the prevention of secondary caries after restoration in pri-mary teeth. Methods:Two hundred and four primary teeth were choosed which referred to the restoration and fluoridation ev-ery 3 to 6 months. The control group included 198 primary teeth with only restoration. Cases of both groups were chosen from children aged from 4 to 6 years old. Results:One year later,in experimental group new caries were found in 33 cases. While 69 secondary caries were formed in the control group. The data showed significant difference between the two groups ( P<0. 05). Conclusion:The Duraphat was effective in the prevention of secondary caries after restoration,promotion of the oral condition and reducing the caries rates. It' s worthy of extensive use in the pediatric dentistry.关键词
