肾性贫血患者血液红细胞及网织红细胞参数临床检验探析
A Clinical Analysis of the Parameters of Erythocytes and Reticulocyte in Patients with Renal Anemia

Abstract
Objective To study the changes of erythrocyte and reticulocyte parameters in patients with renal anemia. Methods Fourty three patients with anemia associated with renal disfounction(ARD) were collected for for investigation in the hospital from December 2015 to December 2016. The equal number of the patients with anemia caused by hemorrhage rather than renal disorders (AHD)were taken as control. The parameters of red blood cells (RBCs) and reticulocytes between the two groups were compared. Results The LFR of reticulocytes in ARD was significantly higher while the RET,RET#,IFR,MFR and HFR were lower than that in AHD (P<0.05). No significant difference of Hb level between the two groups was observed (P>0.05). Similarly,no remarkable differences of HCT,MCHC,RDW-SD and RDW-CV was seen between the two groups (P>0.05). The levels of MCV and MCH in ARD were notably higher than those in AHD,and the RBCs counts in ARD group was lower than that in AHD (P<0.05). Conclusion The parameters of RET,RET #,IFR,MFR and HFR of reticulocytes in patients with renal anemia are significantly decreased,while the levels of MCF and MCH in blood erythrocytes were increased. Parameters of both red blood blood cells and reticulocytes may be used as an important criterion for the diagnosis of renal anemia.关键词
