摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate relationships between abdominal obesity with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and fatty liver in railway occupational employees. Methods Healthy data of 6703 railway occupational employees from 2013 to 2016 was retrospectively analyzed, and the employees were divided into abdominal obesity group and normal body weight group. Incidence rates of hypertension and hyperlipidemia were observed in the two groups. Results Among the 6703 em-ployees, there were 3230 employees (48. 19%) in abdominal obesity group, and detection rate of abdominal obesity was in-creases with increasing age (χ2 =367. 051, P=0. 000);incidence rate of abdominal obesity in men was significantly higher than that in women (χ2 =367. 051, P=0. 000). Ratio of employees having hypertension and hyperlipidemia was significantly more than that in normal body weight group (P<0. 01). Conclusion Incidence rate of abdominal obesity is higher in rail-way occupational employees, and the rate is increased with increasing age, and the rate is closely related to pathogenesy of hy-pertension and hyperlipidemia.关键词
