基于LES方法的壁面旋转旋流分离器内流特性的研究
Study on the Internal Flow Characteristics of a Wall Rotating Hydrocyclone Based on LES Method

Abstract
According to the application of hydrocyclone in the oil and water separation,the problem about the wall surface rotates with the screw pump.This paper based on large eddy simulation (LES) method to do a numerical simulation of the internal flow field of a wall rotating hydrocyclone,the reliability of the model was verified by LDV test results,obtained the distribution law of the internal flow field in the wall rotating hydrocyclone.The results show,when forward,the tangential velocity in the outer vortex area gradually increase,the tangential velocity in the inner vortex area increase is not obvious,The change of axial velocity gradient increases,when reversal,effect trend is just opposite.And the impact of surface rotation in different axial location of the section is not the same,axial velocity has obvious differences.关键词
