风圈式风量调节阀阻力特性的模拟研究
Simulation Study of Resistance Characteristics of Air-ring Flow Regulating Valve
摘要
Abstract
In order to establish the relationship between the resistance coefficient and the valve opening radius of the DN200 airring flow regulating valve,the flow fields of this valve are numerically simulated by FLUENT.Secondly,the flow field and resistance coefficient of the valve under different opening radius were analyzed on the basis of the data from numerical calculations.Finally,it was concluded that the function relation between the resistance coefficient of the valve and the valve opening radius.The results shows that:(1) when the valve opening radius is greater than 0.05 m,the resistance coefficient is small and the curve is smooth;(2) when the valve opening radius is less than 0.05 m,the resistance coefficient is large and the curve is steep,furthermore,the resistance coefficient of the valve increases with the decrease of the valve opening radius in a exponential law.关键词
