摘要

Abstract

The humidifying effect affected by installation position of piezoelectric ceramic humidifier spray rod and nozzles direction was discussed.With the numerical simulation,the static pressure distribution in air supply pipeline and air return pipeline and near the wall of spray rod was studied by computational fluid dynamics software Fluent.The possible humidification effect was theoretically analysed under the condition,and the accuracy of analytical results was verified by experiment.Results show that:(1) Spray rod is arranged in the air return tube,and both two arrangements of nozzle--downstream and counterflow--can realize the purpose of humidification.When the arrangement of nozzle is downstream,with temperature increasing,the relative humidity increased from 68.7% to 82%,and when is counterflow,with temperature increasing,the relative humidity increased from 61.7% to 74.6%;(2) as long as the spray rod is arranged in the air supply pipeline,when the humidifier do not specifically provide pressure,with the effect of high pressure near wall,the tiny positive pressure steam produced in the traditional humidifier including the piezoelectric ceramic humidifier will can not be sprayed into the air flow and can not humidifying purpose.
