Overview of Cotton Verticillium Wilt Research over the Past Decade in China and Its Prospect in Future
摘要
Abstract
Verticillium wilt is one of the main obstacles to adversely affect the sustainable development of cotton production.We review the progress on genetic diversity and pathogenic mechanism of Verticillium dahliae,resistance mechanism of host plant,early warning technology and integrated management of Verticillium wilt involved in both China and other countries,especially the progress on infection process of V.dahliae and to further clarify the molecular mechanism in this paper;The latest researches show that systematic study of the relationship between genetic diversity of the pathogen and pathogenicity or geographical origin have been done,the pathogen information archives were established for the first time.The prospect of the hotspot research in cotton Verticillium wilt in the future was also discussed,so as to provide reference for controlling cotton Verticillium wilt.关键词
