Assessment Method of Counter-terrorist Combat Capability Based on Uniform-Gaussian Cloud Model

Abstract
The current method of counter-terrorism assessment are fuzzy and random. The cloud models could help to identity a feasible method to assess the counter-terrorist combat capacity. Firstly, the paper analyzes the traits of combat mis-sions, the principle of disposal and the compositions of the combat power during the Armed Police Forces conducting tasks. Then, the counter-terrorism assessment framework is introduced. It analyzes the methods of indices extraction, index system establishment and index weighting. As a result, an assessment method of the counter-terrorism capacity based on Uniform Gaussian Cloud Model is proposed. Furthermore, the example studies verify that U-GCM could give a scientific and intuitive conclusion of the counter-terrorism capability in a PAP unit.关键词
