新疆地区维汉民族多囊卵巢综合征患者中医证型分析及与CYP17候选基因多态性的相关性分析
Analysis of the correlation of TCM syndrome and the correlation of CYP17 gene polymorphism between Uighur ethnic and the Han nationality PCOS patients in Xinjiang area

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation of TCM Syndrome and the correlation of CYP17 Gene poly-morphism between Uighur ethnic PCOS patients and the Han nationality PCOS patients in Xinjiang area.Methods:360 cases PCOS patients included 260 Han nationality and 100 Uygur nationality were chosen,the TCM syndrome type distribution were written and analyzed;To detect and compare the CYP17 Gene polymorphism of the patients in these two group.Results:There was difference of TCM Syndrome between the PCOS patients of Uygur ethnic group and Han nationality group,spleen deficiency caused by phlegm dampness phlegm dampness stagnation always happened in Han nationality group and pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI caused by kidney deficiency and liver depression always happened in Uygur ethnic group.Conclusion:The PCOS patients of Uygur ethnic group and Han nationality group should be treated with different treatment of TCM Syndrome;There is important signifi-cant of CYP17 in the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS patients.关键词
