摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of infantile massage combined with acupuncture in treat-ment of spastic cerebral palsy,and analyze the improvement of the symptoms and signs.Methods:62 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group each 31 cases,the control group were treated by acupuncture;the patients in the observation group were treated by massage combined with ac-upuncture.Evaluation of two groups of treatment effect,evaluation of the treatment of joint activity,spasm,gross motor function and fine motor function before and after treatment.Results:in the observation group were 61.29%(19/31),41.94% higher than the control group(13/31),the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);patients in the observation group after treatment,visual tracking,upper limb joint activity,grasping ability,opera-tion ability and hand eye coordination scores were lower than the control group after treatment,the difference was significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:For spastic cerebral palsy,massage combined with acupuncture treatment has a good clinical effect,the symptoms of children have been significantly improved,the movement ability of children sig-nificantly increased.关键词
