三甲散加减对喉癌前病变患者临床症状及生存质量的影响
Effects of the San Jia powder on the clinical symptoms and the quality of life in patients with laryngeal precancerous lesions

Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of the San Jia powder on the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients with laryngeal precancerous lesions.Methods:100 cases of laryngeal cancer divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,patients in the observation group was treated with San Jia powder based onconventional treatment,observed and record the clinical symptoms and quality of life scores of two groups before and after treatment,and analysistreatment effectsoftwo groups.Results:There were significant differences in symptom score and quality of life scores before and after treatment(P<0.05),with the treatment of two groups,symptoms score and life quality score were improved,but the patients in the observation group im-proved significantly than those of control group(P< 0.05).The difference of curative effect in two groups after treatment for 6 months was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group after 6 months of treatment was 74%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)after treatment for 6 months,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:San Jia powder can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with laryngeal precancerous lesions,it also improve clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
