中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效观察
Effect of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome and adverse reactions.Methods:admitted 60 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome as a clinical research object,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in the control group given prednisone treatment,the observation group was given prednisone combined therapy with traditional Chinese medicine,observe dclinical symptoms,compared two groups of patients before and after the treatment of u-rinary protein and serum albumin levels,incidence of adverse reactions,such as disease recurrence rate differences. Results:observation group and control group total response rate was 93.3% and 80.0% respectively,compared to significant difference between groups(P< 0.05),two groups of patients with urinary protein quantitative,plasma albumin levels compared with before treatment were significantly improved,but the group was observed obviously better than that of control group and a lower incidence of adverse reactions,compare the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome can significantly increase the clinical remission rate of the disease,to reduce the inci-dence of adverse drug reactions and disease recurrence.关键词
