补肾活血汤联合关节镜治疗肾亏虚型膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察
The clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with arthroscopic treatment of kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxuedecoction combined with arthroscopic treatment of kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Knee osteoarthritis(kidney deficiency type)in 95 cases,the patients were randomly divided into study group(n= 48)and control group(n= 47).Arthroscopic de-bridement of the knee was performed in all two groups,on the basis of the observation group,Bushen Huoxue decoc-tion was added.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the two groups of Lysholm score,TCM syndrome score was significantly improved than before treatment(P<0.05);Study group after treatment Lysholm score,TCM syndrome score compared with the control group,significant difference(P<0. 05);the total effective rate of the study group(100%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(91. 49%),(P<0.05);there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The kidney deficiency in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee,on the basis of arthroscopic debridement of knee joint,give Bushen Huoxue Decoction,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,effectively improve the clinical treatment effect.关键词
