针灸配合关节腔注射药物治疗肩周炎疗效观察
Effect of acupuncture combined with intra-articular injection of drugs in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and drug injection in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder joint cavity,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:100 patients with periarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The activity of the shoulder was evaluated before and after treatment,and the activation protein 1(AP-1)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-) were detected.Results:the scores of Constant-Murley of shoulder joint function after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the observation group in pain and daily life activities,joint activi-ty and total scores were better than the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of AP-1 and TNF-were sig-nificantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:acupuncture combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can inhibit the inflammatory reaction in patients with periarthritis of shoulder.关键词
