黄芪总皂苷对脾虚大鼠胃黏膜损伤的抑制作用和血流量的改善作用研究
Study on the inhibitory effect of gastric mucosal injury and improving role of gastric mucosal blood flow in spleen deficient rat by total saponins of Astragalus

Abstract
Objective:To explore inhibitory effect of gastric mucosal injury and improving role of gastric mu-cosal blood flow in spleen deficient rat by total saponins of Astragalus.Methods:60 SPF SD male rats were random-ly divided into normal group,model group,and total saponins of Astragalus of small,medium and high dose group. In addition to normal group,the rest were established model of spleen deficient,after 4 weeks,total saponins of As-tragalus of small,medium and high dose group was given total saponins of Astragalus,with dose of 25,50 and 100 mg/kg,respectively,normal group and model group was given same volume of physiological saline lavage.Each group was continued to fill stomach for 2 weeks.Each index of rats were observed.Results:Compared with normal group,model group of gastric mucosal blood flow,IgA intestinal perfusion fluid and serum NO,SOD,IgG were significantly reduced,serum MDA increased(P<0.01);Compared with model group,gastric mucosal blood flow, IgA intestinal perfusion fluid and serum NO,SOD and IgG of total saponins of Astragalus each dose group rise,gas-tric mucosal damage index and serum MDA lower(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Total saponins of Astragalus can inhibit rat gastric mucosal injury,and improve gastric mucosal blood flow,this may be related with improving body's immune function and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.关键词
