振动外场和β成核剂用量对等规聚丙烯β晶含量和力学性能的影响

Abstract
A self-designed apparatus was used to investigate the effects of mechanical vibration field and the β-form nucleating agent (TMB-5) contents on the β-crystal contents and mechanical properties of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) at different processing temperature.The results indicate that:β-iPP content reaches the highest when,β-form nucleating agent content is 0.1%.And vibration field can increase the relative contents ofβ-iPP processed at 150℃ (solid state) and decrease the relative contents ofβ-iPP if samples prepared at 190℃ (melt state).Eventually,the mechanical properties of samples processed under different conditions become diverse from each other,sacrificing strength for toughness at 150℃ but the other way around at 190℃.关键词
