摘要

Abstract

Based on the analysis of plastic panel,a one-mould-two-cavity hot runner injection mold with lateral core pulling mechanism was designed.The analysis of the parting surface,cavity number and layout,forming parts and core pulling mechanism of the key structure of the mould were carried out,and the calculation and analysis of the size of the runner system and the thermal compensation of the runner plate were discussed.The practice shows that the structure of the mould is reasonable,the forming precision and the efficiency of the mould are improved,and the production cost is reduced,which are suitable for the mass production of plastic parts.
