汉防己甲素对人绒毛膜癌BeWo细胞凋亡和细胞周期的影响
Effects of Tetrandrine on apoptosis and cell cycle of human choriocarcinoma BeWo cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Tetrandrine on apoptosis and cell cycle of human choriocarcino-ma BeWo cells.Methods:BeWo cells were treated with various concentrations of Tetrandrine for 24 h.Flow cytom-etry was used to analyze the apoptosis and cell cycle.Western blot was used to detect the expression of p53 and p21.Results:After treatment of Tetrandrine,the apoptosis rate of BeWo cells was increased significantly(P<0.01).The G0/G1phase cell increased,and the S phase cell decreased(P<0.01).The expression of p53 and p21 were in-creased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tetrandrine can induce apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in human choriocarcinoma Be-Wo cells.It can be further used as an adjuvant agent for choriocarcinoma chemotherapy.关键词
