Tau protein influence and cognitive function of different anesthesia methods on of elderly patients undergoing knee replacement
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate Tau protein influence and cognitive function of two different anesthesia methods on elderly patients undergoing knee replacement.Methods:60 elderly patients undergoing knee replacement were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with general anesthesia,and the study group was treated with nerve block combined with general anesthesia.The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate index,Tau protein serum concentration,cognitive dys-function(POCD)incidence of two groups before and after anesthesia were compared.Results:The DBP,SBP,HR index of two groups before anesthesia had no significant(P>0.05),which had significant difference after anesthesia(P<0.05).The incidence rate of POCD of control group was higher than study group after surgery for 1 day(P<0.05),which had no significant difference(P>0.05);the Tau in POCD group was higher than non-POCD group af-ter surgery for 1day(P<0.05),which had no significant difference after surgery(P>0.05).The serum Tau protein concentration of control group was higher than that in study group(P<0.05),which had no significant differences after surgery for 7 days(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nerve block combined with general anesthesia can effectively im-prove the consciousness and cognitive ability of elderly patients with knee replacement,and reduce the incidence of anesthesia POCD,which is worthy of further clinical application.关键词
