Abstract
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of ultra short pulse carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of acne scar,and to provide the basis for clinical treatment of acne scar.Methods:64 patients with ache scars were selected.The patients were divided into group I and group II by random number method.Group I was treated with ultra pulse pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser.The energy was 10MJ and the density was 10％.Group II Ultra pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser for treatment,set the energy of 20MJ,the density of 20％parameters.The clini-cal indexes,therapeutic effects,changes in IL levels and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:The duration of PIH,VAS pain,effect score,duration of edema and time of scabbing were higher than those of group II(P<0.05).The levels of IL-11,IL-6,IL-2 and IL-1 in two groups were not statistical-ly significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum in group I and group II were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of total adverse reactions was 21.88％in group I and 9.38％in group II.The difference between the two groups was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser treatment of depression acne scar,set the energy of 20MJ,the density of 20％parameter effect is more significant.关键词
