MMP-2在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义
Expressions and clinical significance of MMP-2 in breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in normal tissue of breast,atypical hyperplasia,ductal carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma,and analyze the associations with patho-logical features and clinical outcome in human breast cancer.Methods:Expressions of MMP-2 in 20 cases of normal breast tissue,28 cases of atypical hyperplasia,40 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS)and 80 cases of invasive carcinoma were determined by IHC(immune ohistochemistry)technique respectively.The level of MMP-2 expres-sion in 80 cases of invasive breast cancer was analyzed against the clinical and pathology features such as tumor diam-eter,lymph node status and so on.All the 120 cases of breast carcinoma were followed–up.Results:The expres-sion of MMP-2 increased from normal tissue of breast(the positive rate 20.0%)to atypical hyperplasia(the positive rate 21.4%)and DCIS(the positive rate 46.3%)and invasive breast cancer(the positive rate 71.3%).There was statistical difference between DCIS and atypical hyperplasia(P<0.05).While there was statistical difference be-tween invasive carcinoma and DCIS(P<0.05).The expression of MMP-2 had statistically significant differences in some groups of different clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Disease free survival rate of ductal car-cinoma in situ group with MMP-2 positive expression(47.4%)was lower than the negative group(95.2%)(P<0. 05).Disease free survival rate of the invasive carcinoma group with MMP-2 positive expression(56.9%)was lower than the negative group(86.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:MMP-2 participate the course of breast cancer.It may be a prognostic indicator of breast cancer.关键词
