Abstract
[Objective] To observe efficacy and safety of Wuling capsules in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with anxiety. [Methods] The 86 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with anxiety were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 43 patients for each group. Two groups of patients were given 2HRZE/4HR anti-tuberculosis treatment and psychological intervention. At the same time, patients in the observation group were given Wuling capsules. The TB absorption situation and clinical effect of two groups were observed. The HAMA score before treatment and after treatment for 8 weeks was evaluated. Adverse reactions were observed. [Results] The total effective rate of two groups was compared after treatment, the observation group was 81.4%, 65.1%in control group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). HAMA score has significant difference between two groups after treatment. Two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. [Conclusion] Wuling capsules combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs has remarkable effect on pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with anxiety with high clinical applicable value, and shows less adverse reactions, can be recommended in clinical.关键词
