芪参益气滴丸对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究
Study on the protective effects of Qishen Yiqi pill on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats

Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the effect and mechanism of Qishen Yiqi pills on myocardial function in rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. [Methods] The rat model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was established after 7 days of pre-intervention of Qishen Yiqi pills. At the end of reperfusion, the changes of left ventricular function were observed by echocardiography, and left ventricular catheterization was used to detect the hemodynamics of rats. Also, the contents of 6KPG, TXB2, PF-4, E-selectin,β-TG, FIB and cAMP in rat plasma were detected. [Results] Echocardiography and hemodynamics results showed that Qishen Yiqi pills could significantly increase EF and FS and improve hemodynamics in IRI rats. Qishen Yiqi pills could significantly increase the content of 6KPG and cAMP, reduced TXB2, PF-4,β-TG and E-selectin content in IRI rat plasma, maintaining 6KPG/TXB2 levels. [Conclusion] The pre-intervention of Qishen Yiqi pills can improve the cardiac function of IRI rats and reduce the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, and its mechanism is related to the inhibition of platelet activation.关键词
