摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To identify the effect of several materials (oleic acid,sodium oleate,octadecylamine, vitamin E acetate, tween 80) on the particle size, Zeta potential and encapsulation efficiency of puerarin liquid crystalline nanoparticles (Pue-LCN) and select the most proper material to improve the stability of Pue-LCN. [Methods] Pue-LCN was investigated by thin film-dispersion method. The particle size, zeta potential, pH and encapsulation efficiency were used as indexes to select the most suitable stabilizer, and identify the effect the stabilizer on the stability of Pue-LCN. [Results] Vitamin E acetate is the most suitable stabilizer of liquid crystalline nanoparticles, the particle size radius of the preparation was (94.62± 3.18) nm, and the potential was (-37.47±1.550) mV. The system pH was 8.70. The encapsulation efficiency reached 92.14%±0.3827%, and week encapsulation rate could be maintained more than 90%. [Conclusion] Vitamin E acetate can significantly improve the stability of liquid crystal nanoparticles. The preparation has good dispersion of nanoparticles and particle size uniformity.
