摘要

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the changes of blood routine,IL-6,IL-8 of soilders in the plateau under low oxygen condition, and to provide the basis for the security of the plateau. Methods:Parameters of venous blood cells were examined in 300 soldiers before and after reached plateau 1,2 and 3 months by automated hematology analyzer.ELISA method was used to examine the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 in 40 soldiers at the same time. Results:RBC、Hb in 4 200 m altitude at first month were significantly higher than those in altitude of 1000 m (P< 0.01),and increased more significantly with time.WBC also increased significantly after reached plateau 1 month(P<0.01),but decreased slightly after 2 months and still higher than that in altitude of 1000 m (P<0.01),then remained stable.PLT was fluctuated slightly after reached plateau (P <0.01).The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 in soldiers were decreased remarkably(P < 0.01),and the longer stay time, decreased more significantly. Conclusion:High altitude hypoxia environment can affect and change the parameters of venous blood cells. With the time of stayed plateau longer, the inflammatory response can be weakened, and adaptive traning and hong capsules can significantly reduce injuries induced by hypoxia.
