剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术对乳腺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断价值
Differential diagnostic value of shear wave elastography technology in benign and malignant breast lesions

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of shear wave elastography (SWE) technology in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions by using SWE technology detect the different elastic modulus value of breast lesions.Methods:Eighty patients with breast surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object from May 2015 to December 2016,a total of 102 lesions.The elastic modulus value,including maximum,minimum,mean and standard deviation were detected by real-time shear wave elastic imaging.Breast imaging reporting and data system (BI-RADS) was used as standard of diagnosis and classification.The ROC curve was made,the SWE value in diagnosis of breast benign lesions was analyzed.Results:From 80 cases of patients with the diagnosis for benign in 48 cases,59 lesions,malignant in 32 cases,43 lesions.There were statistically significant differences in elasticity of maximum,minimum,average and standard deviation (P <0.05) between benign and malignant lesions.Elastic maximum and average area under the ROC curve (AUC) was 0.821 and 0.911,respectively.Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of elastic maximum were 91.23%,92.10%,92.45 %.Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of elastic average were 51.89 %,89.32 %,80.65 %.Conclusion:SWE technology in benign and malignant diagnosis of breast lesions with high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,has important diagnostic value.关键词
