单操作孔与三孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术对减轻肺癌患者术后疼痛及改善短期生活质量的效果研究
Effect of single hole and three holes thoracoscope radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma on reducing pain and improving the short-term life quality

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the single hole and three holes thoracoscope radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma of in patients with lung cancer on reducing pain and improving the short-term quality of life.Methods:Eighty-four patients with lung cancer during February 2015 to December 2016 were divided into single hole operation group (n =43) and three holes group (n =41) according to operation methods.All patients received the radical resection pulmonary carcinoma and systemic lymph node dissection by the same operation group.The operation method,intranperative and postoperative conditions were compared,the minimum and maximum value of postoperative pain after a week and short-term quality of life were analyzed.Results:Compared to the three holes,the operation time was significantly longer than that of single hole (P＜0.05),but the extubation time of chest tube and the postoperative hospitalization time were decreased (P＜0.05),and VASmin and VASmax were significantly lower in a week after surgery (P＜0.05).Postoperative follow-up of 3 months showed a significantly higher rate of emotional and functional status of single hole operation group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The lung cancer radical operation of single hole thoracoscope is safe and feasible,and improve the postoperative short-term quality of life of patients and reduce the level of the patient's pain.关键词
