类风湿关节炎患者希望水平与焦虑、抑郁情绪及领悟社会支持的相关性研究
Relationships among hope level, anxiety, depression and perceptibility of social support in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationships among hope level,anxiety,depression and perceptibility of social support in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods:A total of 235 RA patients were investigated by general information questionnaire,herth hope index,hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS),perceived social support scale (PSSS),and the relationships among hope level,anxiety,depression and perceptibility of social support were analyzed.Results:The hope socre of the respondents was (36.27 ±3.58),the perceived social support was (60.05 ±9.23),and nearly 40 ％ patients occured anxiety or depression.There was a significantly negative correlation between hope level and depression,and significantly positive correlation between hope and perceptibility of social support.Conclusion:Half of the patients with RA is in the medium level of hope,the nurse should instruct them to adopt positive coping styles,alleviate depression,make full use of social support on various aspects to improve their level of hope,and enhance the psychological health.关键词
