摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study and evaluate the clinical effects of Z-shaped needle-knife using a inverted "claw" route to release and remedy cervicogenic headache (CGH).Methods:A total of 103 patients with CGH were randomly divided into the treatment group (51 cases) and the control group (52 cases).The control group was treated with small needle-knife mainly,and the treatment group was treated with Z-shaped needle-knife using a inverted "claw" route.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:After 1 course of treatment,the clinical efficacy in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group.After 4 courses of treatment,the effective rate was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The treatment of both methods is effective,but Z-shaped needle-knife using a inverted "claw" route in the treatment of CGH has advantages of the effect,disease mitigation rate,the course of treatment and clinical effect.关键词
