改良冰敷法在上颌窦开窗植骨种植修复术中的应用价值
Application value of modified cold therapy in maxillary sinus fenestration and maxilla implantation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of modified cold therapy in maxillary sinus fenestration and maxilla implantation.Methods:A total of 100 patients with maxillary posterior dentition defect were treated with maxillary sinus window implantation in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2015.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table.The control group were given cold water ice compress within 24 h after operation on the basis of sore position.The patients in the observation group were treated with 15％ ethanol ice packs according to the ice schedule.The postoperative swelling and pain of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and blood loss of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.01).The degree of swelling and pain of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1,3 and 7 days after operation (P ＜ 0.01).There was no significant difference in bone resorption between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).All the patients had different degree of swelling or pain after operation,and gradually subsided after applying ice.One patient had maxillary sinusitis,2 cases of maxillary sinusitis and 1 case of loosening of screws were found in the control group,and recovered well after treatment.Conclusion:Modified ice compress can shorten the maxillary sinus window implantation repair time,reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce postoperative swelling and pain response,to promote the recovery of patients.关键词
