藏酋猴脊柱的解剖学研究
Anatomical study on macaca thibetana spine
摘要
Abstract
Objective To conduct systematic anatomical study on macaca thibetana spine in order to understand the similarities to and differences from other primates.Methods Morphological observation was conducted on the spinal specimens of three female adults' macaca thibetanas and morphologic measurement was made on the main vertebra.Resulta Macaca thibetana spine was composed of seven cervical vertebras,12 thoracic vertebras,seven lumbar vertebras,three sacral vertebras and nine caudal vertebras.The full length of the cervical vertebra was (6.0±0.2)cm and that of the thoracic vertebra (16.4±0.8)cm.The spinous process of the eighth thoracic vertebra stretched to the lower back and that of the ninth to the twelfth thoracic vertebras got shorter and wider and stretched to the back,and the tenth to the twelfth thoracic vertebras had accessory process;the full length of the lumbar vertebra was (17.5±0.8)cm;the transverse process of the first to the seventh lumbar vertebras gradually got wider and longer and bent towards the cranial side;the first to the sixth lumbar vertebras had developed accessory process;the sacrum was formed with three sacral vertebras and had great morphologic changes.Conclusion The morphological structure of macaca thibetana has significant difference with that of golden monkeys,macaques,lorises and humans.The results of this study can provide basic anatomical data for subsequent study on macaca thibetana.关键词
