氡温泉对T2DM休养员血糖、血压、血脂及血管功能的影响
Effects of radon spring spa on blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid and vascular function in patients with T2DM
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of radon spring spa on blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid and vascular function in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods A total of 100 patients with T2DM admitted to the sanatorium were selected and randomly divided into groups A and B.On the basis of the original glycemic control scheme,group A was intervened with radon spring spa and group B with hot bath once every other day,for 15 times totally.The changes in the blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure,vascular function,arterial elasticity and other indexes before and after the intervention between the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure,vascular function,arterial elasticity and other indexes before the intervention showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05);after the intervention,the blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure,vascular function and arterial elasticity in group A were significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05),but group B had no remarkable change (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The radon spring spa on Mount Emei can significantly improve the blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure and vascular function in the patients with T2DM.关键词
